Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work in partnership with our Relationship and Growth team, to help execute their strategy and deliver campaigns that drive net member and employer growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage the CareSuper brand, support sponsorship related activity, tender pitches as well as tailor employer campaigns that are well researched and developed through insight driven data. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to:Conduct research and develop employer insightsSupport and assist with third-party rating agency activityPrepare and present ongoing reporting of impact initiatives undertakenEffectively brief the delivery team on campaign activitiesDevelop employer marketing materialDevelop tender documentation material and respond to tender requests in keeping with verbal brand guidelinesWhat you’ll bringThe ideal applicant will be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal direction and demonstrates initiative. You will also have proven experience in:Extensive experience in marketing/communications, ideally in B2B or financial services/superannuation industryStrong business writing and editing skills with experience gained in a B2B content-led role - copywriting across all communication channels (digital, paper, voice)A thorough understanding of how best to utilise external channels including publishing, digital, social media, face-to-face, events etcRelevant qualification in communications/journalismOutstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to write original copy and edit existing materialOrganisational skills – able to prioritise and manage workload to achieve objectives and meet deadlinesStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with fund staff and various external service providers in a professional mannerConfident and professional mannerWhy CareSuper?Apart from our status as a high-performing industry super fund and focus on providing high quality member customer service, we recognise that our staff are the drivers of our success.
