Are you a passionate HR generalist? An opportunity for a part time role (2 days per week) has arisen to join the HR and Payroll team, supporting our 300 staff. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment and selection activities, onboarding of new staff, provision of appropriate metrics and will also be involved in various HR projects and payroll support.
The HR setting is a busy environment, requiring initiative and independence. You will be expected to have a proactive approach to this complex role. You will require excellent people skills and the capacity to quickly develop rapport with key staff.
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (incl. Word and Excel)
- Ability to develop good working relationships
- A self-motivated style and excellent time management skills
- An ability to deal appropriately with confidential information
- The ability to work as part of a team
