Since its beginning in 2007 with its purchase of the historic Riverina sheep stud "Pooginook", Paraway has grown to become one of the largest pastoral land owner/operators in Australia.  Paraway now has a total combined land holding of over 4.4 million hectares and a capacity to run over 220,000 cattle and 250,000 sheep across its portfolio, as well as a mixture of dryland and irrigated cropping.About the role:The position based in Orange, NSW is an integral part of the supply chain function and is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager in developing and strengthening PPCo’s position as a differentiated and preferred supplier. The role will be required to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all PPCo’s inventory and identify pathways to market while establishing valued relationships in order to support PPCo’s strategic supply objectives.About You:To be successful in this role, you will be team oriented and focused on continual improvement. You will have superb communication skills and the ability to take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm.  You are comfortable managing ambiguity and can adapt your approach and demeanour to match the shifting demands of different situations.
