This role is required to work during term times. This role is a maternity leave replacement contract for 12 months.To succeed in this role you will need to have exceptional organisational skills, with a high attention to detail. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. As well as managing the timetable, this role is also responsible for managing excursions, camps and tours, and administrative support to the Secondary students and staff.  The College currently uses Timetabler as its software for timetabling and although familiarity with this program is not essential, it will be an advantage.A Working with Children Check is mandatory.
