Acquired in 2016, Rocklands is Paraway’s largest cattle breeding operation, situated on the border of Queensland and the Northern Territory on the Barkly Tableland some 7kms from the township of Camooweal.  Rocklands runs a 28,000-breeder herd consisting of a crossbred herd with influence from Brahman, Santa Gertrudis and Angus genetics.The progeny from Rocklands are moved South and East to Paraway’s Queensland grower properties.The role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day station operations under direction of the Station Manager and Assistant Manager. Key areas include supervision and coordination of other station staff, animal husbandry practices and maintenance of fixed infrastructure (fences, yards, plant).
