We have an immediate need for an energetic HR Officer to join the People and Culture team at Life Saving Victoria (LSV) in a full-time fixed contract for 3 months, to assist for the busy summer period ahead.We are looking for a self-starter with previous volume recruitment experience with a strong understanding of systems.  You will be process driven and solution orientated, with great customer service skills to provide support for the human resource function to attract and induct talent to LSV.  This is a busy, multi-task oriented role offering significant variety.We seek a proactive thinker, who enjoys working in a team environment.
