INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORWe are looking for a music instructor with experience in teaching Drums and Percussion to join our Instrumental Music program. This position provides instrumental music instruction for drums and percussion to students from Years 4-12. The College operates across two campuses (closely situated) with Prep to Year 6 on one campus (open 8:45am - 2:40pm) and Year 7 to 12 on the other (open 8:30am - 2:50pm). This position should also consider ways to inspire students and develop a thriving drum/percussion program within the College and look to starting up a percussion ensemble. The person appointed to the role will be able to choose his/her working days/hours, on discussion with the Instrumental Music Co-ordinator. While previous experience working with students in this role is desirable, it is not essential.
