Amongst these services are safety assessments, mystery visits, communication and education campaigns and industry consultation.LSV’s mission is to prevent aquatic related death and injury across all Victorian communities. We strive to provide all Victorians with skills in water safety, swimming and resuscitation, along with access to safe beaches, inland water environments and aquatic venues. We seek the services of a personable and passionate trainers, who make training interesting for learners, to join our dedicated team delivering short courses both accredited and non-accredited, focusing predominantly on first aid, emergency response and water safety.Ideal candidates: we seek training professionals with exceptional presentation skills and demonstrated experience.  You will enjoy working with a diverse client base with a passion to educate in these important life skills.Specific requirements: must have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) and the ability to maintain current relevant qualifications and professional development evidence in line with ASQA / VET requirements and LSV structures.  Hold and maintain current qualifications in Pool Lifeguard, Community Surf Lifesaving Certificate and Provide First Aid. You will also require a current Victorian Drivers License and current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.Personal attributes: demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and to overcome obstacles and 'make things happen'. You will be flexible, be able to co-ordinate on the run to get the best outcomes for your clients.  You will be detail orientated and able to work to deadlines. You will be a team player with a friendly demeanor.Communication skills:  sound communication, including well-developed written and oral skills.
