You will undertake concierge duties and responsibilities including responding to resident and guest enquiries and requests, general administrative tasks, contractor management including inductions, assisting the restaurant team when required and ensuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction.You will ideally have a good knowledge of the Lower North area and ideally have experience in working in a customer facing reception role, or similar, with administration skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and a mature approach to your work.Additionally, you will be extremely well presented and reliable, with excellent communication and organisational skills.  Most importantly you will be a passionate and customer focused individual with a strong work ethic.  It is essential you hold a valid drivers’ license.Lendlease is one of the world’s leading property and infrastructure groups.
