This role is flexible to work from 2 locations – Kirrawee or Frenchs Forrest within Sydney. This role will be working closely with the project manager and project leadership team to identify activities and their relationships, estimating duration's, and ensuring that task and sub-task schedules align with contractual requirements. The role consists of:Defining and developing work breakdown structure and packagesInputting project activitiesDetermining activity durations and logic relationships. Jobs Task and Responsibilities:Identifying and analysing critical path activities, their constraints and schedule variances that will put key milestone dates at risk and monitoring efforts to update schedules and taking corrective actions to keep projects on track.Developing and managing the resource schedule to ensure appropriate coordination and scheduling of resources.Submitting weekly and monthly progress reports to senior managers on major milestones.
