During the day, the nanny will be primarily responsible for theirone-year-old daughter, who would enjoy a simple morning activity, followed by her lunch and nap at home, before picking up her sister from preschool.   • Ensure regular healthy mostly vegetarian food is prepared and provided as appropriate (this includes packing simple lunch boxes for preschool)
  • Setting up appropriate and safe play spaces
  • Maintain a clean and organised home environment:
  • Tidying children’s bedrooms
  • Stacking & unstacking dishwasher
  • Sweeping and vacuuming
  • Maintaining children’s clothes in wardrobe/ washing baskets

Additional responsibilities to the household:

  • Genuine friendliness and care toward the family’s golden retriever Ruby
  • Preparation of family dinner (ingredients and recipes provided by parents)
  • Taking clothes on and off the line


The family’s expectations from their nanny are -

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years nanny experience
  • Childcare qualification (Preferred)
  • Experience looking after multiple children
  •  To have a drivers licence and be a confident drive
  •  Be able to swim
  • Have a current first aid certificate
  • Have a current working with children’s check number
  •  Display strong communication skills
  • Fit, Active and Healthy
  • Skills in preparing healthy, whole food mainly vegetarian food is essential.
