Executive Assistant to CEOA new opportunity exists for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join the LSV team.  We seek an experienced Executive Assistant with high level of integrity, excellent writing skills, strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Life Saving Victoria is Victoria's peak Water safety and Lifesaving organisation and is committed to its mission to prevent aquatic related death and injury across all Victorian communities. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant will be focused on providing high-quality and timely support.  You will be a skilled and professional administrator that will work with a high degree of autonomy and independence.  You will support the CEO with diary management, presentation preparation, letter writing, meetings, agendas, minutes and key documentation.Ideal candidate: this position would ideally suit an experienced Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in supporting Executives and CEO level managers, with exposure to Boards, and Committees.  You will be highly organised with the ability to work across a broad range of tasks, with a friendly 'can-do' attitude.  Previous experience in Emergency Services or like organization would be advantageous.Specific requirements:  You will also have a high attention for detail with the ability to draft and proof various corporate documents.  You will have strong computing skills and the ability to use applications within Microsoft Windows, MS office environment, Adobe Acrobat and Sharepoint. You will have previous experience preparing presentation, diary management and drafting business documents.Personal attributes: You will have excellent interpersonal skills with highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cultivate productive working relationships, facilitate and develop partnerships.  Your high integrity and resilience will enable you to work with both confidential and sensitive information in an environment with multiple competing priorities.
