Supporting the peak season recruitment and onboarding, whilst building strong relationships with a pool of casual education instructors.  You will work to ensure LSV maintain strong relationships with community, schools and the boarder staffing team.Life Saving Victoria is Victoria's peak Water safety and Lifesaving organisation, driving public safety, education, and training.  We have over 38,000 members from 57 clubs across the state, a workforce of over 500 staff during peak season and a large network of licensees, partners and industry.Key Selection Criteria  Ideal candidate: This position would ideally suit someone holding a tertiary qualification in education, sports coaching or recreation with a sound understanding of the Victorian Curriculum. You will have demonstrated instructional and/or teaching experiencedelivering education programs to people of all ages.  You will be a team player with a friendly ‘can-do’ attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Specific requirements: You will have experience in project and program management with the ability to meet deadlines.  You will have demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.  You will have exemplary interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate a busy roster of casual staff. Personal attributes: A demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and ability to overcome obstacles and 'make things happen'. You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and adapt to the needs of the team. You will be creative, innovative and detailed orientated, with proven success in scheduling.
