LSV is a Registered Training Organisation and a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. How will this position contribute to Life Saving Victoria’s mission?  Reporting to the Quality Assurance and Systems Specialist, the Resource Development Officer is responsible for supporting the compliance activities of LSV’s status as an RTO. This including the development, review and update of all RTO learning and assessment resources, trainer accreditation, validations, auditing, reporting and review to ensure RTO adherence to the requirement of the VET Quality Framework.   This is a fulltime or part-time position (equivalent of 3-4 days per week) dependant on candidate, fixed term position.
