The Membership and Leadership Council Executive seeking a supportive and innovative Wellbeing Coordinator to lead, facilitate and support LSV's member Wellbeing and Welfare Programs and Services.
You will work with the teams to provide strategic and specialist advice and guidance regarding the welfare, health and wellbeing of members in line Wellbeing framework, member protection and child safe policies.
You will oversee the development and implementation of the new framework and wellbeing initiatives, and oversee the delivery of action plans for key priority areas to promote and support a healthy, safe and supported membership.
You will promote, develop and implement new resources, training, policies and process to enhance and improve the wellbeing of all members in the areas of mental health, OH&S, Member Protection and healthy lifestyle.
In this role, you will bring your expertise in mental wellbeing, safeguarding, welfare or similar discipline to review, develop and implement a number of key actions that will result in positive change, capability uplift and the involvement of our membership in supporting a movement where everyone feels safe, healthy and supported.
This is a great opportunity for individual with a passion and experience in wellbeing, health and safety to drive LSV's programs and initiatives across the portfolio.
You will work with the team to establish and support member panels across these core areas to deliver and support programs, training, partnerships and initiatives.
You will have a strong understanding of the changing needs of our current membership and experience and expertise in one of more the of key portfolio areas would be advantageous.
