The Membership and Leadership Council Executive seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Female Leadership Network Coordinator to provide strategic advice, innovative solutions and support to drive gender equity initiatives and promote a positive and diverse membership.You will work with the teams to review develop and implement the gender equity initiatives and oversee the delivery of action plans for key priority areas as well as reviewing and developing policies and initiatives that create an inclusive culture with a diverse leadership that represents the community.In this role, you will bring your expertise in leadership, equity and inclusion to review, develop and implement a number of key actions that will result in positive change, capability uplift and the involvement of our membership in supporting a movement where everyone feels equitable and accessible for all.This is a great opportunity for individual with a passion for development and leadership to drive LSV's programs and initiatives across the portfolio. You will work with the team and member panels to drive, develop and promote the number of the Female Leadership Network events, programs and workshops.  Identify and recommend new opportunities and initiatives.
