The Membership and Leadership Council Executive seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator to provide strategic advice, innovative solutions and support to a diverse portfolio.
You will work with the teams to develop and implement the diversity and inclusion initiatives and oversee the delivery of action plans for key priority areas as well as reviewing and developing policies and initiatives that create an inclusive culture with a diverse membership that represents the community.
In this role, you will bring your expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion to review, develop and implement a number of key actions that will result in positive change, capability uplift and the involvement of our membership in supporting a movement where everyone feels safe, connected and included.
This is a great opportunity for individual with a passion and experience in Diversity and inclusion to drive LSV's programs and initiatives across the portfolio.
You will work with the team to establish and support member panels across these core area and in conjunction with the Panels coordinate:
- Inclusion and diversity member opportunities
- Pride Network and LGBTQI+ Initiatives
- Starfish Nippers and Disability Initiatives
- Multicultural liaison
You will have a strong understanding of the changing needs and the diversity of our current membership and experience and expertise in diversity and inclusion programs would be advantageous.
