You will be required to perform other duties within your skills and abilities.Assist the Human Resources Manager in providing accurate and timely human resources support, advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of human resources issues and relevant legislationAssists with implementation and updating of human resources policies and proceduresAssist with recruitment by placing advertisements, liaising with Recruitment Agencies, receiving and responding to applicants, scheduling interviews and processing background checksAssist in coordinating visa processing and relocation requirements for overseas employee placementsWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retentionAssist in the review of internal and external training requirements. Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields or a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Evidence of exceptional ability
  • Must be capable of obtaining and clearing a NV Level 1 Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Exposure to recruitment
  • Exposure to workplace legislation including award interpretation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills
  • Proven Ability to prioritize and manage work demands and deliver outcomes
  • Self-motivated, results oriented with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to relate readily to all people within the organisation
