We are really looking for someone who is keen to learn under the supervision of our experienced Chefs and are able to consider someone new to their first year of cooking through to a third year, with relevant experience and skills.Working in a kitchen is hard work - you will need to be on your feet for long periods of time; and lifting and other tasks require a reasonable level of fitness.
