Your new employer is a major supplier of electronic and communications equipment to Australia's healthcare industry. Growth has created a roles for an energetic technically focussed person in the Canberra team.
In your new role, you will be responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of communications equipment such as networking, IP based systems, nurse call, paging and intercom systems, as well as associated security equipment, including CCTV, Access Control and comms equipment.
To be successful, your background will include:
- Strong customer service ethic and outstanding people and communication skills
- Some experience in fault finding devices/networks/IT equipment at customer sites.
- A real interest and aptitude for repairing/troubleshooting IT/computer/networking systems
- Some technical qualifications either in IT/networking/electronics or currently studying and able to work full-time
- Enjoy driving (all over ACT and Southern NSW) to customer sites.
- You will need to have and maintain a current driver's licence
Your work will focus mainly on clients in and around Canberra and Southern NSW, and you must be prepared to travel by car to customer sites. On-the-job training will be provided on a wide range of products and systems.
