Importantly, you will be tasked with directing the continued growth and profitability of the Customer Service and Support Division as well as driving safety procedures for the benefit of staff and client employees. Included in the priorities for the role will be the profitable management of outsourced resident contracts, modernisation projects and field service contracts, acquisition and profitable delivery of new service contracts, and continual improvement of the spare parts offering. You will be judged on KPIs such as divisional profitability, customer satisfaction and staff training and utilisationYour will have a lot of capacity and a superior ability to embrace the complexities and high standards of customer service for customers that operate highly automated businesses in a 24/7 environment. You will have proven success in leading customer service teams in an engineering systems environment, high level of problem solving and experience in delivering vendor projects. You will be process and quality focused, be proactive with implementing the best safety work environments, continual improvement and be business focussed at P&L.You will have an Engineering Degree with broad industry experience that could include manufacturing and production, automated systems, FMCG, control and conveyor systems. You will have led technical teams in projects, system design and service and maintenance. Importantly, you will also be "still technical" to support your managers in solving larger critical technical issues within the complex systems as they arise.
