Due to growth, an exciting new opportunity is available for an experienced, commercially astute professional to manage key accounts.In your new role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, in the aged care space, with a solution, customer focused approach, with the goal of achieving profitable business partnerships.  This will include working closely with stakeholders on identifying, qualifying and scoping opportunities, consulting on appropriate solutions to suit their needs.  You will be technical enough to consult on road mapping IT networking and infrastructure strategy at Client sites, whilst understanding the pains and challenges of the healthcare environmentNaturally you will have outstanding communication and relationship skills, influencing and raising the profile of your business and solutions within customer accounts. Stakeholders will include key players from local area health districts, IT and engineering departments, facilities teams and executive health care staff.To be successful in this role, you will be technically astute, with experience in managing business relationships using a consultative and open approach.   Your passion for using technology  to improve patient care outcomes will be well utilized in this role.  Experience partnering within the hospital/aged care space highly regarded.  Knowledge of technologies such as messaging, RTLS, security, BMS, paging, nurse call etc, will be highly regarded.  You may even have a clinical background and moved into technical business world, wanting to help people from the other side.We seek a high calibre person, who loves working closely with customers, building and establishing strong, commercially successful relationships, with a consultative solutions focus.
