The Company & The Role

Our client is looking for a professional and motivated Senior Corporate Affairs Coordinator to join their Corporate Affairs Team of 3 experienced staff. The Corporate Affairs Administrator will provide a comprehensive range of high quality corporate secretarial services to a large range of clients. They will report directly to 2 of the Partners and the role will offer you a fast-paced, busy and exciting opportunity.

 

The Duties

  • Company registrations
  • Setting up discretionary and unit trusts
  • Keeping up on ASIC and software changes and attending BGL seminars and user groups
  • Preparing and lodging ASIC documents
  • Registration and maintenance of business names
  • Fee preparation and management
  • Assisting with client queries and tasks as required.

 

The Applicant

  • At least 2 years practical experience with ASIC compliance and general corporate secretarial duties
  • Experience in ASIC/Corporate Affairs
  • Experience with BGL CAS 360 (or other version of BGL) is essential for this role
  • Experience in APS software is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Display client relationship and client service abilities
  • Strong knowledge of and exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of products.
