About the roleThe Planner is a key team member of the West business providing successful preparation of schedules from study, tender through to project close out. This is an amazing time to join an international engineering and project management services company during a growth period.Working closely with the West Leadership Group, you will oversee our winning mindset across all industry sectors. You will be known as a highly organised, confident individual that can proactively organise people and processes towards team success and competing deadlines.  You are ideally from an engineering consultancy or project-based environment.  You will be able to:Demonstrate an advanced understanding of Primavera and Microsoft office suite including MS Project, Access, Word, ExcelHave a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously on multiple simultaneous projects with exposure to multidiscipline EPC/M projects to $100m in value.Development of project baseline schedulesSupport the project management team in the development of detailed resource loaded project schedules, across the entire project lifecycle from development to operations;Maintain project schedules and generate reports using Primavera (and other approved systems), including earned value reportsReport on project schedule status, including delays, progress complete, critical paths, and forecasts as required;Maintain all schedules within an integrated portfolio schedule, and utilise this information to support the Business Unit in planning and resource allocation;Identify and document any project / portfolio timing issues, identify opportunities for improvement and possible resolutions;You will ideally be a hands-on professional that is ready to take ownership of the planning function for an industry leading brand, looking to grow its national and international presence.Our Vision - Meeting the future by engineering transformative solutions through full project and asset lifecycles.Our Promise to You - We believe in passionate and innovative people delivering our success.
