The Role
You will be responsible for managing workflow across the team and mentor and train team members. You will want to further your career in Advisory and use your strong technical skills to thrive in the Compliance side of the job. This is an opportunity to manage and oversee a team of professionals while also developing and maintaining client relationships for clients in various industries.
Further Responsibilities
- A proactive approach to developing and maintaining client relationships for a broad group of clients from business owners to professionals from a diverse range of industries.
- Ensuring work is delivered by your team to a high standard and all client expectations are met
- Working closely with clients on a range of business advisory needs including business restructuring, tax planning and cash flow management
- Working with other specialists to provide a full range of services to clients
- Identifying business development opportunities and referral networks
The Applicant
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Services & Tax
- Some experience within Professional Services is essential for this role
- Degree Qualification in Accounting, Finance, IT or a related field is desirable
- Professional qualification, CPA/CA is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills to negotiate and influence and build strong working relationships
- Management experience in a similar role
