The Company: Our client is highly successful international company who delivers a range of quality payroll, accounting, legal and professional business solutions to a wide range of clients in the finance, banking, recruitment, engineering, construction and commercial sectors. We are currently seeking a contract Receptionist full time for a 6 week contract on the Sunshine Coast an immediate start is required. There is a possibility of an extension however this is not guaranteed.
The Position: Providing high quality reception, data entry and basic office administration tasks as required. As this is primarily a client/customer facing role, exceptional customer service skills are required. The business environment is fast-paced, with a large variety of customer/client requirements, so the successful applicant will need to be able to work under pressure.
Essential Position Criteria:
- Proven experience in as a Receptionist with solid administration skills
- High level, professional customer/client service
- Excellent time management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer / IT and database management skills
- High level technology skills with proven experience using cloud-based applications
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
