SALES ASSISTANT / BUYER MANAGER

Duties:
- Working in a team of 5
- Attending listing presentations with the Agent
- Managing and responding to all buyer enquiry
- Setting up for and attending open homes (Thursdays and Saturdays) as well as private inspections and auction evenings
- Coordinating all buyer appointments, bank valuations, building & pest and ad-hoc inspections
- Follow up all OFI attendees
- Daily prospecting calls to create appraisal opportunities
- Co-management of an Administrator and Virtual Assistant
- Client care and buyer follow up
Requirements:
- Must be keen to work hard and be goal oriented
- Driver’s license and car
- Experience in Real Estate, preferably as a Sales Assistant who wants to get away from the Admin and get more involved
- Certificate of Registration
- Proven longevity in roles
