The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to some exciting residential land developments, mainly in Western Sydney, while "learning the ropes" and ultimately positioning themselves for a solid career in property development.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all stages of the development process – conceptualising and planning, financial analysis, contributing to project approval processes, liaising with stakeholders, supporting construction works and ultimately contributing to marketing and sales.

Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their commitment to a career in property development. It could for example be that you have undertaken (or are currently undertaking) study in a relevant field and are looking for your first opportunity in the field, or it might be that you’ve had a taste of the property/real estate industry and are keen to move into the development side of the business. Our ideal candidate will also:
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Demonstrate strong organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Have a polished personal presentation
- Have a "hands on", flexible approach to work
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic, positive approach and willingness to learn
- Have good computer skills (MS Office suite)
- Have undertaken study (or be currently studying or proposing to enrol to study), in a relevant field.
