We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Store Manager to drive our team based in our Marcs Mens and Womens Highpoint Myer Concessions!
We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Concession Store Manager to join and lead the team based in Highpoint Myer, who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the Marcs brand.
Leading your team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations within our concessions, with your responsibilities including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, rostering and reporting. This is a Full-Time role, based on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;
- Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
- Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
- A huge passion for fashion;
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
