A great opportunity exists for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join the LSV Governance, Integrity and Legal team in this newly created role.  We seek an experienced Executive Assistant with high integrity, strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Life Saving Victoria is Victoria's peak Water safety and Lifesaving organisation and is committed to its mission to prevent aquatic related death and injury across all Victorian communities. Reporting to the Company Secretary, the Executive Assistant will be focused on providing high-quality and timely support to the Executive Management Team and support of the LSV Board, as well as a subset of its Committees/Councils.You will provide quality timely and professional administrative support with a high degree of autonomy and independence.  Playing a key role in ensuring the Executive team, Board, Committees and Councils are efficiently supported in the coordination and development of administrative tasks, meetings, agendas, minutes and documentation.Ideal candidate: this position would ideally suit an experienced Executive Assistant with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in supporting Executives and CEO level managers, as well as Boards, Committees and Company Secretary.  You will be well organised with the ability to work across a broad range of issues, with a friendly 'can-do' attitude.Specific requirements:  You will also have a high attention for detail with the ability to draft and proof various corporate documents.  You will have strong computing skills and the ability to use applications within Microsoft Windows, MS office environment, Adobe Acrobat and Sharepoint. You will have previous experience working with ASIC, ACNC and other regulators.Personal attributes: You will have excellent interpersonal skills with highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to cultivate productive working relationships, facilitate and develop partnerships.  Your high integrity and resilience will enable you to work with both confidential and sensitive information in an environment with multiple competing priorities.
