
IT Systems Analyst ERP Finance /Movex/ M3
Description
We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst with focus on Finance & HR processes to join our client’s global IT team. This position plays an essential role in the further simplification, integration and automation of end-to-end business processes and data flows by providing IT solutions, with the objective to increase internal efficiencies and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the gathering and documentation of business requirements together with business process owners and subject matter experts;
- Analyze and challenge functional requirements, and participate in the development of business cases for process and IT system changes;
- Validate solution design proposals with IT Architecture & Security to ensure that they are in line with our client’s reference architecture as well as security guidelines;
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis to development & testing until go-live and aftercare;
- Write clear and well-structured system specifications for change requests or new functionalities, and work with external software vendors/developers to deliver these efficiently and effectively, with high quality;
- Provide second line support for the applications in scope, through the IT incident management process and tool;
- Report bugs to the respective software vendors and follow through until resolution;
- Prepare and deliver training sessions to subject matter experts for new applications or releases.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Economics or similar;
- Fluent in English (both written and oral); other languages are a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (ERP Finance / Infor Movex / M3)
- Experience with financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cost Accounting);
- Business process knowledgein the areas of Finance and Human Resources, preferably from an international manufacturing environment;
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service applications, preferably in the Finance & HR domains (e.g. consolidation, invoice processing, payroll, time & attendance, expense management);
- Experience with BI & reporting tools is a plus;
- Good knowledge of SQL;
- Knowledge of application integration techniques (e.g. REST APIs).

- This is a freelance position. We are looking for freelancers that are able to start ASAP - Parttime (3 days a week) is a possibility.
