We are seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join the Property Marketing team, based within the Centre Management team at Craigieburn Central shopping centre on a full-time, permanent basis.This role is an excellent opportunity to maximise brand awareness for a major retail centre, as you use customer-driven insights to develop and execute the asset marketing strategy including strategic promotions from inception to completion and post-campaign analysis. Working alongside key stakeholders, a primary focus of the role will be community engagement, positioning and promoting the centre as a central hub to the surrounding community.With the support of a Marketing Executive, in this role you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and analysis of key performance indicators, including sales, traffic, budgets and market share, as well as managing valuable relationships with a range of key stakeholders, including customers, retailers, local community groups, senior management, external partners and suppliers.The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate strong experience in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, with a particular focus on customer and data driven campaigns, activation strategies and digital and content plans. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar retail centre Marketing Manager role will be essential.
