The College operates across two campuses (closely situated) with Prep to Year 6 on one campus (open 8:45am - 2:40pm) and Year 7 to 12 on the other (open 8:30am - 2:50pm). The Instructor can consider ways to inspire students, and develop a thriving cello program within the College with a view to start up a cello ensemble.The tutor will invoice the College on a weekly basis for all the lessons taught as per their timetable finalised at the start of term. The Instrumental Music Coordinator deals with the billing of students for lesson fees through the business office.The Instructor will be able to choose his/her working days/hours in consultation with the College and current timetables established with students.All these tasks should be undertaken within the Health and Safety policies and procedures established for the College, consistent with the Protestant, biblical basis of the College.The position is for an Independent Contractor and the engagement is as such. As an independent contractor, you may sub-contract others to complete your duties on your behalf, as you arrange with the College. This position reports to the College’s Instrumental Music Co-ordinator, with overall supervision from the Head of Secondary. Requirements of the positionWhile previous experience working with students in this role is desirable, it is not essential.
