  • Work with key stakeholders to manage the overall performance of all program related efforts
  • Manage schedule, budget, and documentation for throughout the entire program development lifecycle
  • Manage and continually evaluate costs
  • Communicate program goals internally and ensure appropriate allocation of resources
  • Monitor the progress of internal and external activities to ensure timelines are met
  • Lead regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and communicate progress and issues
  • Prepare, coordinate, and chair presentations and design reviews
  • Actively consult with relevant people and departments to ensure program activities are achieved and issues are resolved quickly
  • Provide comprehensive reporting as required by the Chief Executive Officer
  • Work with the Human Resource Department in the recruitment and training of employees.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Current Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance is preferred, but we are open to the right candidate with a Current Negative Vetting 1 (must be willing to upgrade)

  • Well-developed negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation/requirements
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and environmental management
  • Advance level in Microsoft Office applications
