The Traineeship
This 12-month traineeship in Cannon Hill – just located 15 minutes from the CBD. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest disability service providers in Australia. You will be able to earn while you complete a certificate III in Business. The team you will be working with are very supportive and enthusiastic. They will be able to guide you and provide you with a wealth of knowledge along the way.
What will you bring to the role?
Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for:
- An aspiration to work in business administration in an office environment
- An eye for detail with the ability to follow directions well
- A candidate who wants to learn and grow on the job!
- Blue Card and NDIS worker screening check is required
- You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with tasks that can change from day to day as you increase your knowledge and learn new systems.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday full time – 38 hours a week
- Provide two references
- Successful candidates will participate in a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test

Community Solutions is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
Formally TORGAS. In July 2015, TORGAS joined Community Solutions Group. Over this time, Community Solutions have aligned services and goals and we are now evolving the TORGAS brand, joining completely with Community Solutions as one brand. As an independent provider of choice, our innovative employment, training, and NDIS services continue to make possibilities a reality.
