Each year we help thousands of people in the toughest situations to get back in control of their lives.   About the role:The Clinical Lead is a senior role and works with a multi-disciplinary team and plays a key role to lead, develop, implement, and oversee client services and is responsible for the evidence-based client service delivery in headspace Esperance.  The Clinical Lead provides and facilitates client-related supervision to headspace Esperance staff, while contributing to the provision of a high quality, best practice, intervention service for young people, and their families.The Clinical Lead also works with other service Managers in the Goldfields to ensure that all services within the region deliver quality supervision to staff and that all staff work in line with best practice literature.In addition, the Clinical Lead provides direct services for a small caseload of clients with complex needs, in headspace Esperance, and works collaboratively with other service providers to support the individual and their family to meet their goals. This role will also be provided with External Professional Supervision.Requirements of the role:We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who reflects and improves on their own practice, working safely and contributing to team effectiveness. Being a person who is has a person centred, strength-based perspective and empowerment approach will see you do well in this role. For a successful appointment you will need a Tertiary qualification as well as current professional registration to practise with a relevant peak body such as APHRA or AASW. The right candidate will have experience in the provision of supervision, along with the provision and coordination of services including counselling and group work for young people.
