There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do.Greet visitors on site, sign them in and direct them as appropriate, shared responsibility with CEO’s EA.Provide personal administrative support and assistance to the Executive, Directors and wider Gilmour team.To read, evaluate, record, amend and disseminate documentation, as instructedCoordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clientsWork closely with the CEO’s EA to provide administrative support to the Executive team.Provide back up support to the CEO’s EA of incoming calls to the company.Manage &/or monitor of Executive calendars, organise, schedule meetings and appointments, including meeting room bookings as requested.Book international and domestic travel in line with Gilmour Space Travel Policy for the Directors.Prepare &/or assist in the preparation of sales kits, liaising with marketing for the Sales team.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as requiredMaintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documentsConduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documentsArrange and co-ordinate meetings and corporate events (both internal and external)Involvement in meetings and taking of minutes as requiredCo-ordinate project-based work as requiredPerform general administration duties, ensuring detail is accurate, presented in required format and delivered in relevant timeframesOrder and stock stationery & snack cupboards as required, shared responsibility with CEO’s EA.To help maintain company culture, a clean office and be a team player.Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clienteleOther duties as requested by ManagementSkills and Experience:Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:2 years' experience. Skills and Experience:
