How you will contribute to our mission in getting Australia to space:

  • Set up and operate test equipment, including multi-meters, current probes and break out boxes in lab and clean room environments
  • Assist in testing hardware using written procedures and or work instructions
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports as required
  • Evaluate and understand engineering (CAD) drawings and models, verifying dimensions and ensure implementation according to specifications
  • Evaluate and understand engineering specifications, verifying application and ensuring implementation
  • Ensure all parts are properly aligned and fitted in accordance with specifications
  • Ensure quality control standards are adhered to at all times
  • Coordinate with team members in solving technical problems as they arise
  • To communicate with all managers and team members to ensure positive working relationships and adherence to the daily operational requirement
  • Ability to accommodate work at both the manufacturing site and Bowen Orbital Spaceport
  • Ability to off-hours work, as necessary, during certain build phases
  • Other duties as requested by Management

 

Skills and Experience:

Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • NV1 Security Clearance eligible preferred
