You will ensure respectful support and effective interventions are given to people who experience alcohol and other drugs/ mental illness, including one to one counselling and group sessions. As a Leader you offer supervision, development, and training opportunities for the PCADS Team, as well as promote and participate in a positive work environment.  In this role you will be working collaboratively with stakeholders to address the impact of alcohol and other drug use in Pilbara.  There will be a focus on building and nurturing relationships at a personal level, organisational and community level to identify needs and achieve positive outcome.Requirements of the role:The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in health or approved equivalent, and experience working in AOD / Mental Health sector. Being a person who is has a person centred, strength-based perspective and empowerment approach will see you do well in this role.       You will have leadership qualities and experience leading a team to meet funding deliverables. You will reflect and improve on your own practice through keeping up to date with evidence-based interventions for AOD and mental illness.
