You will provide comprehensive support and foster positive and meaningful relationships with the team, stakeholders, and clients. Through organising and coordinating the operations in the regions, you will ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. You will tackle a range of administrative functions including meeting, catering and event coordination, assisting the induction of new staff, maintaining and purchasing office IT/equipment and ensuring enquiries are acknowledged and actioned in a professional and timely manner.About you:We are looking for someone with at least three years' experience in a similar role. Ideally, you will have a qualification in administration or office management and knowledge of the community service field. Given the nature of the role, you will thrive in a team environment and be proficient in various computer programs.To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal, organisation and written communication skills.
