The Prevention Officer will work collaboratively to implement community events and activities that promote public education campaigns and facilitate community connection.  There will be a focus on building and nurturing relationships at a personal level, organisational and community level to identify needs and achieve positive outcomes.You will contribute to the positive image of Hope in the community through driving the delivery and development of outcomes focussed services for clients, ensuring continuous improvement, practice and service qualityAbout you:We are a people-focused organisation, so the type of person you are, is just as important as the skills you bring.
