There will be a focus on building and nurturing relationships at a personal level, organisational and community level to identify needs and achieve positive outcomes for young people, their families, and significant others. You will ensure a supportive team environment is cultivated and manager staff accordingly.Requirements of the role:You will have a strong work ethic, as well as reflect and improve on own practice. Having a person-centred, strength-based perspective and empowerment approach will see you do well in this role. The Manager must show commitment to working in culturally secure and competent ways. You will have demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of staff and team performance, as well as a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internal and external stakeholders. It is essential to hold a Tertiary qualification in behavioural/social sciences, youth work, health/mental health nursing or approved equivalent.
