They will ensure the provision of exceptional person-centred supports, aligned to HOPE's strategy, values and purpose.Existing operational requirements will have you overseeing the daily management of the Youth Justice Services across Meekatharra, Geraldton and AOD treatment and Support program.Across HOPE's AOD services you will oversee the running of our Therapeutic Community, Hope Springs, as well as two AOD Counselling programs, Step up Step Down, program through Neami National, and our DATS Counsellor program.Within the Youth Justice services you will support with programs such as the Bail house and community mentoring programs.Across these services you will work closely and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, and build employee engagement and wellbeing across to optimise attraction and retention of the workforce.About you:We are looking for a leader who is driven and committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients, and the community.          To be successful in this role you will have experience in managing and reporting on operational systems for a health or community services organisation, including effectively planning and allocating resources to maximise operational efficiency and meet funding deliverables.You will need a degree or post graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Health, Education, Social Science,  Youth Work, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or other Allied Health, or Behavioural/Social Sciences with relevant experience working with vulnerable young people.
