- Ensure employees are paid timely and accurately
- Support and maintain Paraway's Payroll and HRIS
- Provide operational support to the P&A function
Our Story
Paraway commenced in 2007 with the purchase of a Merino Ram Stud Pooginook in the Riverina region of NSW. Today we own and operate 27 diverse agricultural enterprises across QLD, NSW and VIC with total land holdings in excess of 4.4 million hectares. About the opportunity
Based in the vibrant, regional town of Orange in NSW, this role will be focused on Payroll processing and management, HRIS administration, and support to the People & Assurance team. A genuine hands-on role and as a newly created position there is every opportunity for the successful candidate to shape and grow this role and make a real impact.
About You
You will be energetic and motivated to deliver results and you genuinely enjoy working in a high-performing team.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related (preferred)
- Formal payroll or financial qualifications (preferred)
- Previous experience working with iChris or similar payroll system (preferred)
- Able to apply taxation regulations specific to employee pay
- Prior experience in financial or number related role
Your ability to communicate and engage with others at all levels will be highly regarded as well as balancing professionalism with a relaxed collaborative style you'll fit in well to our culture.
