This role is responsible for the oversight of evidence-based client service delivery in headspace Kalgoorlie.  The Clinical Lead provides client-related supervision to headspace Kalgoorlie staff, ensuring the provision of a high quality, best practice, intervention service for young people, and their families.The Clinical Lead also works with other service Managers in the Goldfields to ensure that all services within the region deliver quality supervision to staff and that all staff work in line with best practice literature.In addition, the Clinical Lead manages a small caseload of clients with complex needs, and works collaboratively with other service providers to support the individual and their family to meet their goals. Requirements of the role:We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who reflects and improves on their own practice, working safely and contributing to team effectiveness. Being a person who is has a person centred, strength-based perspective and empowerment approach will see you do well in this role. For a successful appointment you will need a Tertiary qualification, as well as current professional registration to practise with a relevant peak body such as APHRA or AASW. The right candidate will have experience in the provision of supervision, along with the provision and coordination of services including counselling and group work for young people.
