HOPE is a community managed organisation working in the alcohol and other drugs, justice and mental health fields. HOPE provides services across Western Australia supporting people who are most marginalised and who have the most complex needs.

Our Culture
HOPE strives to provide a safe workplace and promotes progressive policies that prioritise the health, safety and unique needs of our team. Hope’s ambition is to be an employer of choice by supporting students (who hopefully turn into staff in the future) to grow, learn, innovate and achieve their potential. We invest in developing our people to sustain the workforce built on ‘growing our own’. For students we will provide supervision, training and support. By doing a placement with HOPE you’ll be learning valuable skills while helping the community.
Find out more about HOPE on our website.

In your cover letter please elaborate on which service and region you would like to be considered for, if you are selected to move forward you will be sent a series of screening questions.
Please note: Unfortunately student placements are limited each year, as we want to ensure a high quality training and supervision is provided. Applications will progress based on alignment of personal and organisation values, merit and relevance of study.
