There is a mixture of weekday shifts, weekday evening/overnight shifts and weekend day/overnight shifts. Staff work a mixture of shifts as part of their role. Reporting of incidents as required by HOPE and funding body and within contractual timeframes  Requirements of the Role: Staff are to work within Bail Practice Manual and HOPE policy to provide a safe environment for young people residing in the service and for co-workers.Support up to 4 young people in a residential service when on shift.
