A loving, professional family in Hawthorne are seeking a bright, nurturing, and responsible nanny to care for their playful and active two-year-old little boy and assist with the running of the household. The family are happy to consider a single carer, or two carers to share the 5 days. The days and normal hours are:- Monday - Friday    8am – 5.30pm(flexibility with hours on some days would be beneficial) An ideal nanny would be experienced, warm, and loving. A nanny that is active and creative and genuinely interested in engaging in open ended play and learning, and coordinating daily activities to promote education, growth, and development. Someone happy to teach life skills, independence, and encourage engagement in everyday tasks and chores in a fun and positive way.The family is looking for someone who is honest, safe, and reliable and able to transport and accompany their son to organised activities as well as providing care throughout the day while they are at the office or working from home.   • Taking their 3kg fluffy toy Cavoodle out on trips with the child

The family’s expectations from their nanny are -

  • 3+ years experience as a nanny or working in child care
  • Childcare qualification / Montessori training preferred
  • A nanny with her own children preferred
  • Have a current first aid and CPR certificate (or happy to obtain one)
  • Have a current Working with Children Check
  • Display strong communication skills and speak English
  • Display a high level of personal hygiene and home cleanliness
  • Non smoker/vaper
  • Up to date with all vaccinations
  • Full Drivers Licence and own car required to drive the child (care seat provided)
