Our Opportunity
Due to internal changes and growth, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. Based in Narellan NSW, the duties will include however not be limited to:
- Purchasing of spare parts and consumables
- Spare parts enquiries and sales
- Picking, packing and preservation of spare parts
- Quality checks and control
- Receiving and dispatch
- Cycle counting and stock take.
- Housekeeping of warehouse and work area
- Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies.
The Right Person
To be considered for this opportunity, you require:
- Between 3 – 5 years’ experience in warehousing
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Experience in freight bookings e.g. TNT, TOLL, DHL etc.
- Prior experience in a similar warehouse role within industrial, mining, materials handling, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable but not essential.
- PRONTO or equivalent experience is essential.
- Effective written and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
- Forklift license.
