There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do.Work with design engineers to evaluate designs for manufacturability and test requirements, then implement in a rapidly evolving production environment  Train technicians on best-in-class operations practices by driving process improvement workshops; providing training and information briefs on key topics; and demonstrating solutions in the area Apply process improvement methodologies and tools to reduce manufacturing build hours and quality issues; increase production rates; and remove waste from complex processes Produce prototype and/or test articles  General composite technician activities Other duties as requested by Management Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Level 3 Trade qualification in Aerospace, Marine, or similar trade 5+ years of experience in the aerospace, marine or automotive manufacturing NV1 Security Clearance eligible preferred Desired Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceWe recognise you may not meet all of the below, but don’t let that deter you.   • Produce prototype and/or test articles  
  • General composite technician activities 
  • Other duties as requested by Management 

Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Level 3 Trade qualification in Aerospace, Marine, or similar trade 
  • 5+ years of experience in the aerospace, marine or automotive manufacturing 
  • NV1 Security Clearance eligible preferred
